We coach, encourage and educate our patients to take care of their body, mind and spirit. We believe in realigning the chakras and energy in our bodies. If our chakras are not functioning properly, or blocked, it will affect our lives through our feelings both physically, emotionally, and mentally. Blockages and imbalances occur from trauma, negative experiences, negative belief systems, or from the "Roller Coaster" of life's ups and downs that cause stress. When this negative energy isn’t released from the body, the build up can cause stagnation, a blockage, or lack of energy flowing through your body.
